EYE Lighting Introduces Energy Saving 1000W Pulse Start Metal Halide Lamp
Newest Addition to EYE Metal Halide Family is Small Size, with Universal Operating Position
MENTOR, Ohio – EYE Lighting International, a leading provider of lamps, luminaires and related lighting products, has introduced the M1000BX/U/PS/BT37 Metal Halide Pulse Start Lamp that is 10% more energy efficient than similar competitive lamps. The lamp is designed for universal mounting and the reduced-size lamp jacket is ideal for smaller luminaires.
All lamps in the family of EYE Multi-Metal™ MH lamps feature bright white light, high lumens and excellent lumen maintenance. Customers will also achieve energy savings by replacing old 400W lamps and ballast with EYE 320W and 350W Metal Halide lamps, saving 80 and 50 watts respectively. Savings become significant in applications such as gas stations, high bays and low bays, parks, roadways and arenas. Many EYE Multi-Metal Pulse Start lamps are rated for universal mounting allowing customers to experience smaller inventories and lower retrofit costs. For customers who specify a single mounting position, EYE offers MH PS lamps in wattages from 175W to 1000W.
EYE Metal Halide lamps outperform fluorescent lamps in applications with temperature variations. For example, at 60°F ambient, T5HO lumens are down 40% while Metal Halide is unaffected.
