Product Release: Bosch PS130 12V Max Hammer Drill/Driver
MOUNT PROSPECT, Ill. - Electricians, HVAC professionals and window installers alike can now enjoy the most compact, powerful drill/driver in its class with the release of the new Bosch PS130 12V Max Hammer Drill/Driver. At 7.3 inches long, 7.1 inches tall and weighing a mere 2.3 lbs., the PS130 offers users better balance and control for working in tight spaces.
The newest addition to the Bosch drill/driver product lineup, the PS130 features a two-speed gearbox that lets users quickly choose between high-torque (0 - 350 RPM) or high-speed (0 - 1,300 RPM) operation for powerful screw driving and drilling applications in soft and hard wood, and metal materials. Providing 265-inch-pounds of max torque, the PS130 can generate up to 19,500 beats per minute (BPM) for drilling in masonry.
The 20 + 1 clutch settings and two speeds allow users to adjust the tool's torque for optimal and precise screw driving and speed drilling applications.
For quick and easy accessory changes, a ⅜-inch auto lock chuck conveniently clamps drills and bits alike, clicking to notify users when items are secure for use. Additionally, a Mode Selector Ring allows users to switch between drill/driver and hammer modes to complete multiple functions with one tool and finish jobs more efficiently.

• Electronic Cell Protection for longer battery lifetime
• Fuel gauge for easy battery management
• LED light to illuminate dark work spaces
The PS130-2A includes (2) 12V Max Lithium-ion batteries, 30-minute charger and a carrying bag. It retails for $159. The PS130B model includes only the bare tool retailing for $109. Both are available through authorized retailers nationwide, and are covered by the Bosch Provantage (three-year tool protection plan and a two-year battery replacement plan).
