The National Facilities Management and Technology Conference & Exposition (NFMT) was launched in 2001 by the publishers of Building Operating Management and Facility Maintenance Decisions magazines. The goal was to bring free education, networking and product discovery to facilities professionals nationwide. NFMT continues the tradition in 2017 by offering broad-based education for facilities professionals from every type of organization: government, education, commercial office healthcare, retail, hospitality and industrial.
If you're in the FM industry you should make it a priority to attend one of these events each year. There are both spring and fall/winter events to meet the needs of FMs throughout the US.
Baltimore: The biggest FM show on the east coast show is every March in Baltimore. This is the largest and most comprehensive facilities management event.
Vegas/Orlando: This year-end show moves between the Vegas and Orlando to help FMs from all areas of the US attend the education and expo hall to help boost their careers.
The only event for Mission Critical Design, Construction and Facilities Management. A paid event, this conference offers a high level of education dedicated to helping FMs optimize data centers and mission critical environments.
