Roofer on ATV Falls Off School Roof

A stuck throttle on the ATV he was riding sent a roofer and the vehicle flying off of a school's roof recently in Chili, New York.

The man was working on the roof of a one-story school at the time. The accident occurred just before 7:30 am on July 10. He was using the ATV to transport roofing materials, according to Democrat & Chronicle.

The man suffered several broken ribs but is otherwise expected to recover from his injuries.
