OSHA Updating Safety and Health Management Guidelines

12/8/2015

OSHA is updating its Safety and Health Program Management Guidelines, with the administration seeking public comment on the new version of the voluntary guidelines first published in 1989. The new guidelines are designed to be especially useful for small- to medium-sized organizations, as well as address ways managers can handle situations with multiple employers at the same worksite to ensure all workers are protected from harm. The guidelines are only meant as advisory documents and will not create or alter legal obligations created by OSHA standards or regulations.Click here for more information.
