Ray Carney is a champion for wellness in the workplace. Ray's areas of expertise include workplace strategy and modification, design thinking, leadership, sustainable design, data centers, and creating secure environments. His experience includes providing cradle-to-grave project management support for the successful design and build of secure facilities. He also spearheaded the tenant fit-out of Markon's headquarters expansion to ensure that it achieved WELL certification. This was the first WELL certified project in the Commonwealth and was recognized by the City of Falls Church for its achievement.

Angela brings expertise in human factors along with unique insight as a professional ergonomist. As a member of the Commercial Team she supports the global growth and adoption of the WELL Building Standard, an evidence-based system for measuring, certifying and monitoring the performance of building features that impact occupant health and well-being. Angela is the sector lead for the Education sector spanning both K-12 and Higher Education, as well as the Government sector. Angela received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Idaho in Psychology with a minor in Architecture. She then went on to earn her Master's degree in Human Environment Relations from the Design and Environmental Analysis program at Cornell University. Angela is a WELL Faculty™ and has her Associate Ergonomics Professional accreditation.

Prior to joining OpenWorks, Caracciolo was General Manager of Government Solutions and Vice President of Corporate Development at technology and software companies including Verra Mobility and Billing Tree. She also served as Director of New Product and Service Development for Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Caracciolo is improving OpenWorks' internal operations to better serve customers, while also developing operational and people strategies to support meaningful, sustainable and profitable growth. Additionally, she is putting systems into place that enable franchise owners to deliver even more efficient and effective service.

He's always on the lookout for interesting new tech, excellent craft beer, and excuses to move back to Paris, where he and his wife lived, before making San Francisco home.

He also leads a group of Integrated Solution Sales Managers that focus on helping save time, material and labor costs by using pre-engineered solutions. Prior to his current sales leadership role, he spent time as a member of the Armstrong Sales Training team. Before joining Armstrong, he spent 15 years in field sales for commercial distribution, manufacturing, and custom steel fabrication companies in the Baltimore/DC region.
