As our commissioning director and commissioning technical leader, Travis is responsible for reviewing designs before construction projects begin and assessing building systems for functionality and durability once projects are completed. His meticulous eye for detail, which he's honed during his two-plus decades within the industry, is pivotal in ensuring equipment is accurately installed, is functioning appropriately, and can be maintained long-term. He also oversees our evaluations for operational efficiency in existing buildings as part of our retro-commissioning service.

As vice president and associate for FEA, John assists clients with organizational evaluations, technology and process improvements, contract management consulting and performance measurement. His assignments during his 24-year career as a U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer included service as an installation public works officer and a regional facilities executive officer. Immediately following his Navy career John worked as a senior analyst with the U.S. Government Accountability Office, where he developed recommendations for improvements to federal agency infrastructure programs.
