Installation of networked lighting control systems can produce an estimated 47 percent savings in lighting energy, according to Energy Savings from Networked Lighting Control (NLC) Systems, a report from The DesignLights Consortium. The report indicates high potential energy savings for networked controls, supports layered control strategies as a means to maximize savings, and might be used to justify new and larger utility rebates.
