Description: Eneration is seeking a talented Lead Engineer to join our innovative team!

The Lead Engineer is responsible for overseeing product development and delivering exceptional technical support to ensure the success of our clients on their sustainable energy journey. The Lead Engineer will keep Eneration informed on the latest sustainable energy technologies, strategies, and trends. Success in this role will come from fostering long-term client relationships through innovative technical solutions, creative problem-solving, and a foundation of profound trust.

What you’ll do:

-Energy Modeling and Innovation: Develop and refine advanced energy simulation models and tools to optimize healthcare facility energy performance.

- Commissioning and Process Improvement: Lead commissioning activities and continually enhance processes for accuracy and efficiency.

- Industry Knowledge and Regulatory Compliance: Stay current on sustainable energy technologies, healthcare facility codes, and regulatory requirements.

- Strategic Partnerships and Business Development: Foster strategic partnerships with national organizations and contribute to business development initiatives.

- Team Collaboration and Client Success: Collaborate with the team to develop innovative products and services, ensuring outstanding client satisfaction.

What you’ll need:

- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field from an accredited university

- 2+ years of experience of energy analysis HVAC, electrical, or energy management systems, preferably with healthcare facilities

- Preference given to those who possess PE License, LEAN, Six Sigma, LEED, Certification in Commissioning and/or Retro-commissioning

- Understanding of hospitals HVAC and electrical systems and codes

- Experience with Building Automation Systems

- Experience with facility retro-commissioning and/or new building commissioning

- Proven experience with developing and utilization of tools to support facility energy analysis

- Financial acumen

- Hybrid position with the ability to work offsite at times but expected to be in the office on a routine basis.

- Ability to travel 10% of the time
