Description: Oversight of university-wide facilities planning, design, and construction processes. This includes major capital projects and a full range of other projects occurring on the main campus, where at any given time there may be more than 100 active current projects. Provide oversight of projects occurring off the main campus, including newly acquired properties and leased space as well as non-UWF projects of the university’s direct support organization, Business Enterprises, Inc. Manage flooring replacement and wood floor maintenance from start to completion. Maintain a multi-year replacement plan for flooring and carpet replacement.
