HVAC Inspection and Maintenance Standard Open for Comment



A proposed standard that sets minimum inspection and maintenance requirements for HVAC systems is open for public comment. The standard, ASHRAE/ACCA Standard 180P, Standard Practice for Inspection and Maintenance of Commercial Building HVAC Systems, would establish requirements to help ensure a system's ability to achieve acceptable thermal comfort, energy efficiency and indoor air quality.

The standard, ASHRAE/ACCA Standard 180P, Standard Practice for Inspection and Maintenance of Commercial Building HVAC Systems, would establish requirements to help ensure a system's ability to achieve acceptable thermal comfort, energy efficiency and indoor air quality.
