When maintaining a rooftop unit, it is also important that facilities managers ensure that the condensate trap is clean. Failing to do so will cause a blockage within the unit, potentially leaking into the building. In this video by Slipstream, Dave Hermon demonstrates how to properly clean a condensate trap on a rooftop unit and relays tips and tricks for facilities managers who are assigned to this task.
