Individuals have 12 months to complete the attesting process after being accepted into the CTEM program. Attesting can take place in person or virtually and is conducted by two equipment. Managers who have already earned CTEM designation.

To pass attesting, applicants must demonstrate a minimal competency level during the entire content. After certification, individuals must earn a combination of 5.0 points through continuing education and service every five years to stay certified.
