Sustainability and its related topics have become key issues for facilities managers to tackle. Moreso, facility managers are looking at what they can do with their environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals. However, getting started with these goals can be a little daunting at first.

Understanding where one’s organization is at with their sustainable practices is key, and so is creating an actionable plan with milestones to measure how an organization is performing. Once a facility manager understands where they’re at in their efforts, their journey can begin.
