Several facilities in the L.A. Live entertainment district in downtown Los Angeles have been awarded the prestigious WELL Health-Safety Rating from the International WELL Building Institute. L.A. Live is a 4 million-square-foot entertainment district that includes music venues, an arena, offices, hotels, clubs, and more.

The buildings awarded the WELL Health-Safety Rating include the Peacock Theater, AEG Offices, and Crypto.com Arena, the home of the Los Angeles Lakers, Kings, and Sparks.

The WELL Health-Safety Rating is a comprehensive program that shows building owners have made a concerted effort and a long-term commitment to facility strategies that prioritize the safety, health, and wellness of facility occupants and visitors. The WELL Health-Safety Rating includes more than 20 features designed to help organizations keep spaces clean against spreadable diseases; provide essential health benefits and services; communicate health and safety efforts; ensure they have adequate emergency preparations and programs; and assess the facility’s air and water quality.
