Fitwel has unveiled its 6th annual Best in Building Health Awards recognizing organizations and individuals who prioritize health and wellness, and lead the way in adoption.  

The 2024 winners are:

  • Industry Leadership Award: Regional Growth: Aldar 
  • Individual Leadership Award: ESG Leadership: Eric Duchon and Dan Egan, Blackstone

  • Fitwel Excellence Award: Most Certifications of All-Time: Harrison Street

Health and wellness continues to be a priority for facility managers and building owners all over the country. Fitwel reports that in 2023 alone, there was a 78 percent increase in the square footage of buildings registered with Fitwel. That represents 2.5 billion square feet.
