The California Commissioning Collaborative has published the first in a series of guidelines for measurement and verification of existing building commissioning projects. Based on short time interval energy data collected from existing buildings and their systems, the guide uses the principles and practices of the industry standard International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) as well as ASHRAE Guideline 14-2002 “Measurement of Energy and Demand Savings.” The guide can be downloaded for free at: http://resources.cacx.org/library/HoldingDetail.aspx?id=477
