When considering installing EV charging at your facility, here are some things to keep in mind.

Location: When siting the stations, consider any walkways or tree root zones that would be impacted by running conduit.

Visibility: If the station will be accessible to the public, be sure to list it on available online databases so that it's findable. One to consider is DOE's Alternative Fuels and Advanced Vehicles Data Center at http://www.afdc.energy.gov/afdc/fuels/stations_add_delete.html.

Parking Inventory: Is there enough inventory to devote spaces to EV charging?

Fees: Most charging stations have the capability to charge users for electricity. Even if a fee structure is not set up at the outset, be sure to run enough power and communication capacity out to the station to support it in the future.
