LEED Certifying Body Recognizes Parking Groups

The Green Building Certification Institute, the certification body for the U.S. Green Building Council's global LEED green building rating system, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the International Parking Institute, the largest parking association in the world, and the Green Parking Council. The move is a recognition of the importance of sustainable parking facilities and practices to the development of sustainable communities. Click here for more information.
