When the Brigham Young University administration asked the facility management department to put together a 10-year building plan, the team had no idea how much that would benefit their budget year after year. This plan has continued to pay great dividends.
Some of the projects in the BYU library include replacing the existing ceiling and fluorescent lighting with a suspended ceiling with standard tiles and LED lights; demolishing and renovating or relocating restrooms and offices; creating an open sightline for the facility; and more.
