The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), which created the WELL Rating System, has created a new rating system for buildings called the WELL Health-Safety Rating. This guidance provides the most timely and relevant strategies for facility managers to deal with COVID-19 and welcoming occupants back to their facilities. The Rating System provides 22 different strategies throughout five different topic areas, including disinfecting, monitoring air and water quality, and more.
