Overview
Alan has taken the most difficult contract (Custodial) on base where as they are responsible for the cleaning, maintenance and customer service of 64 buildings. Alan has turned the contract around making it user friendly to the internal staff and customers. He has set high goals and achieves with the staff. Alan has insured that green products are in place, maintained and always is exploring new ways and paths to enhance the overall operations. He has reduced the customer complaints down to 2% from the previous years and has saved the FAA thousands of dollars with waterless urinals and green products, staff retention. He is the best Project Manager on this base and truly deserves recognition.
