What's hot in flooring?

Linoleum tile is hot now. There's no waxing or polishing needed, so it's green on maintenance and it's more durable than VCT.

Carpet tile is very popular and it's growing by leaps and bounds. Anymore, a normal commercial setting that is going to have carpet flooring is basically going to have carpet tile.

And polished concrete is growing, because you're not bringing in any new materials, you're getting LEED points, there are lots of colors and the maintenance is easy. When you have a polished concrete floor, the only maintenance you need to do is damp mop it once a week.

When contractors and end users looking at the overall lifetime cost of products, these three products help you out at the beginning because they're green and they help you out over the lifecycle of the product because the maintenance is so much easier and cheaper.
