Flashlights Recalled Due to Burn Hazard

Olight Ecommerce Technology is recalling a series of flashlights due to a burn hazard to users. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the flashlights can turn on accidentally when they’re in a user’s holster or pocket, overheat, and potentially cause burns.
The flashlights being recalled are M2R Pro and Warrior Mini Flashlights series. A physical description and photos of the flashlights in question can be seen at the CPSC’s recall website.
The company has received reports of 22 burn injuries from the flashlights and 127 reports of the flashlights turning on inadvertently.
Users should immediately stop using the flashlights and contact Olight for a refund or replacement. The flashlights being recalled were sold between November 2019 and November 2021.
