The Expo Hall

At NFMT Remix’s heart is the Expo Hall, a point where everyone convenes to view 400 facilities management products and technologies on display. These come from industries such as HVAC, building automation, software, lighting and more. Another feature at the Expo Hall is the Learning Labs, which are educational opportunities for every attendee. They are 20 minutes of leading-edge information and insights that apply to numerous facilities and industries. The Expo Hall opens at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 25.

Also, in the Expo Hall there is a Networking Party, running on Oct. 25 from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.This is where all attendees can grab some drinks and snacks while networking with facilities management colleagues and suppliers.

Sessions and Educational Tracks

NFMT Remix offers a wide array of educational tracks for trade show attendees. Tracks for 2023 will be on the following topics:

  • Energy Efficiency and Sustainability
  • Health, Safety & Wellness
  • Standards & Codes
  • FM Technologies
  • Leadership, Career & Culture

Among the 35 sessions this year, offerings include topics such as “Don’t Let ADA Fall through the Cracks,” “Unleashing the Power of ChatGPT in Facilities Management,” “Taming the Wild Beast of Facilities Data,” and “Facilities Department Not a Profit Center – But Can It Be?,” among others.

Along with the other sessions is the Women in FM Panel and Reception, a recurring session at both NFMT shows. All are welcome to participate and listen in on this session, running on Oct. 25 from 3:45 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Then there are the FM Huddles, which are casual yet engaging hour-long chats focused on the foremost trends in facilities management. They act as interactive sessions for facility managers to collaborate and network. Each huddle is staffed with a seasoned moderator to guide and keep the conversation on the rails. These are available to only Pro and Elite Level attendees.

Other Events

Additionally, there are a few other events running through the duration of NFMT Remix.

There is a $1,000 Daily Cash Prize Drawing. All attendees can enter the drawing, which happens 15 minutes before the Expo Hall closes each afternoon.

Passport to Prizes allows attendees to get their Passports stamped by participating exhibitors for a chance to win prizes each day. Passports are handed out at registration. Once all stamps are collected, attendees can drop by the Remix Main Stage and deposit their Passport in the ballot box.
