The National Facilities Management & Technology (NFMT) Conference and Expo is planning on its 21st rendition taking a large step towards "normal" pre-COVID times. Slated for March 21-23, 2023 at the Baltimore Convention Center, NFMT will bring the entire facilities management industry together with many new features.

At the top of the list of exciting new things in 2023 is the return of the General Session at 2:15 p.m. the first day of the show, Tuesday, March 21.

"No matter if you're a first year facilities manager or a longtime industry expert, the general session is sure to draw a large crowd," said Jill McDermott, CEO of Trade Press Media Group. "We're thrilled to bring back our General Sessions after having to press pause on them a year ago."

Returning to the expo hall in 2023 is the Product Zones. The popular exhibitor-driven sessions were often standing room only in 2022, so this year attendees are able to sign-up for Product Zones during the registration process.

In addition to the Product Zones, NFMT offers a full line-up of education sessions. Tracks for the 2023 conferences are slated as:

  • Asset Management
  • Energy and Sustainability
  • Future Trends
  • Health and Safety
  • Maintenance and Operations
  • Security
  • Technology

"We'll once again provide a world-class conference lineup," said McDermott. "We're anticipating more than 100 sessions with many of them offering the ability to earn CEUs."

The Women in FM Panel and Reception continues to grow in popularity as an influx of women become facilities professionals. The Roundtable takes place on Wednesday, March 22, from 3:00 - 6:00 P.M. All are welcome, not just women!

The tiered pricing unveiled at the 2022 event also returns in March 2023: Elite Level ($249) Pro Level ($49), and Basic Level (Free).

The Basic Level grants entry to the expo hall. Pro Level unlocks the following at NFMT:

  • Access to Expo Hall
  • Access to Product Showcase 20-minute sessions
  • Access to General Session
  • Access to 60-minute educational sessions
  • Ability to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
  • Access to Tuesday’s networking party
  • Lunch Coupon (1)
  • Free one-month trial to fnPrime

The Elite Level grants even more access, including a member lounge and a full one-year subscription to fnPrime where members can access videos from NFMT sessions after the event.

NFMT's expo hall continues to provide the best place in the country for facilities professionals to pinpoint and find new and helpful products and services, essential for the efficient operation of their buildings. More than 300 exhibitors are expected in 2023. Plan your day accordingly, there will be lots to see and discover in the expo hall!
