Video: Best Practices Discussed by 2015 FMXcellence Award Winners



Representatives of the 4 winning projects discuss how to pursue energy efficiency, retain talent, establish a trades apprentice program, and maintain meticulous operations practices

Building Operating Management magazine created the FMXcellence awards program six years ago to identify and spread the word about industry best practices, and to recognize facilities management teams that add significant value to their organizations by helping to achieve broader goals.

This year's four winners demonstrated the value of pre-thinking and creating a solid foundation of analysis to get out in front of looming problems. The four are: Sheridan College, near Toronto; the adidas Group; the University of Arizona, and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
