Adi Cohen, facilities management student at Temple University, discusses her hopes for the future in her chosen career. These days, more and more young people are choosing facility management as a career while in college — they're attracted to the focus on sustainability, green energy, and the day-to-day variety the FM profession offers. This is an exciting development, to say the least, as Baby Boomers continue to retire at a quick rate, taking their expertise with them. Young FMs like Cohen represent the future!
