Work smarter, not harder. Behind the projects of this year’s FMXcellence honorees is the understanding that, with limited resources, the way to greater success is to hone the tools at hand: more efficient use of time, more efficient management of physical assets, and leveraging the in-house know-how of the FM department to bring significant added value to the parent organization.

This year’s honorees include a multi-national bank, a scientific research lab, a county’s municipal portfolio, and two school systems, but their initiative and innovative thinking apply to all facility types.
