PBJ Tech Hub’s Energy Savings Measurement & Verification and IPMVP Training course has been pre-approved by four major utilities as qualifying for their Operations and Maintenance (O&M) training incentives.

The four U.S. utility companies, BGE, PEPCO, Delmarva Power and SMECO, are offering up to 80 percent of the course tuition (up to $1,000) for eligible customers through each utility Building O&M program. The Energy Savings M&V Fundamentals and IPMVP (PMVA) professional development training program bolsters energy efficiency, energy savings enhancement for retrofit and new construction, is vital in the energy savings performance contracts, plays a role in sustainability and reducing building emissions, and offers a roadmap for continuous systems optimization.

The International Performance Measurement Verification Protocol is the industry's "best practices" standard for M&V quantifying energy savings and for offering transparency for all stakeholders. Training empowers individuals to excel in their career and fosters positive change for themselves, their communities, the economy, their organization, and the environment.
