Entries Now Accepted for FMD Achievement Awards

March 9, 2015 – Milwaukee – The sixth annual Facility Maintenance Decisions Achievement Awards program is now open for entries. The award program recognizes the valued role maintenance and engineering departments play in the successful and efficient operation of the nation's institutional and commercial facilities. The program shines a spotlight on the accomplishments of maintenance, engineering, and grounds departments in these categories:

  • Renovations and Retrofits (HVAC system, plumbing system, roofing, grounds care etc.)
  • Sustainability (water savings, energy efficiency, green purchasing, recycling etc.)
  • Financial Management (budgeting, savings, capital planning etc.)
  • Personnel Management (training, staffing, recruiting, outsourcing etc.)
