GAO: Update Data on Asbestos in Federal Buildings

Asbestos-related data for 66 percent of U.S. General Service Administration (GSA) office buildings has not been not entered into a database of information on asbestos in federal buildings, according to the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO). The GAO is recommending that GSA take action to remedy the asbestos-related shortcomings in the database. Click here for more information.
