Office Depot has recalled Realspace Magellan Performance-Electric Height-Adjustable Desks due to a risk of electric shock. The desk's control box has an electrical malfunction causing reverse polarity, potentially creating a shock hazard. No injuries or incidents have been reported to Office Depot at the time of the recall, according to U.S. Consumer Product Recall 19-759.

The recalled desks were sold in cherry (SKU216230) and espresso (SKU number 358370) colors at Office Depot stores and online between April 1, 2017 to February 22, 2019.

Facility managers affected by this recall are directed to remove the desks from use immediately and contact Office Depot for a free replacement control box. Office Depot can be reached at 800-949-9974.
