The four-wheel drive 3400 and 3400XL models feature sealed, constant-velocity transmission and two engine options: a 40 horsepower (hp) gas engine or a 24 hp diesel. The gas units provide easier start up and responsive acceleration with an electronic fuel-injection system that adjusts to temperature and altitude changes. The cargo box measures 7 inches longer than previous models and features a 1,250-pound payload capacity.
