The upgraded RTV900 features a three-range variable hydro transmission, more traction in reverse speed, wet-disc brakes, a hydraulic bed-lift system and an improved tailgate design. It has a 21.6 HP, 3-cylinder, water-cooled Kubota D902 diesel engine. The retractable seatbelt has an anti-cinch mechanism that detects excess shock or a collision and compensates accordingly to help keep users safe.
