Traffic Control Barrier is a surface-mounted, self-contained system. In an emergency operating mode, the DSC1400 hydraulic-operated traffic control barrier comes to a full guard position in 2.0 seconds. Designed to withstand a K4 level impact, the DSC1400 will stop and destroy a truck weighing 15,000 pounds traveling 30 mph for an ASTM designation of M30, P1.
