The LS 7000 life safety event management system includes programmable event segregation to allow events to be directed to different operators at different workstations. The ethernet transceiver transmits signals using standard 10/100 megabits/second ethernet communications technology, in addition to direct wire, fiber, radio and digital dialer signaling technologies.
Hardware mounts in a 19-inch rack and includes an 8.4-inch diagonal TFT color display with optional touch screen and external video and printer outputs. The system has an open systems database, expanded networking capabilities, color-coded displays, keyword text search, auto-dialing, and event-history and false alarm identification reporting capabilities.
