The standard-duty SL21 is made from extruded 6063 T6 aluminum alloy with self-lubricating polyester thrust bearings and comes in lengths of 83 inches, 85 inches, 95 inches and 120 inches, standard for nominal door heights. The hinges have been tested per BHMA standards for medium-frequency doors up to 200 pounds without frame or door reinforcement. All SL21 hinges are stocked in clear and dark bronze anodized aluminum.
