The HydroVantage fixture is designed to create energy during each flush. As water passes through the valve, the turbine spins and generates electrical energy stored in a rechargeable cell. The stored energy powers the electrical needs of the flush valve for subsequent flushes. It eliminates the need for external electrical power or battery replacement for more than 10 years under normal operating conditions. Environmental Trending™ and 4.0 Sensor Technology™ monitors ambient-light levels and restroom traffic patterns to eliminate false flushing and maximize power savings.
