DeLuxe Building Systems developed a non-combustible cement floor system, designed for low-rise and mid-rise multifamily and light commercial buildings. The floor panels are installed using conventional construction tools, and have a two-hour fire rating. The system can carry loads up to 109 pounds per square foot, with framing spaced on 24-inch centers.
