Exit device allows egress from the inside in a non-emergency situation with a 15-second delay, or immediate exit in a fire emergency. The weatherized delayed egress hardware locks from the outside. An alarm sounds at monitoring stations if someone attempts to leave. Can be ordered as a kit with everything needed for installation, including pre-wiring.
