SYNC combines stainless-steel heat-exchanger technology with modulating/condensing combustion to deliver thermal efficiency up to 98 percent. The boiler features up to a 1.5-million Btu/hour input, low nitrogen-oxide operation, and 10:1 turndown. The unit’s touch-screen technology allows access to an onboard database of real-time operations data and performance history. The touch-screen technology also allows technicians to use software to download and track historical data, including faults, trends and energy consumption. The control system is equipped with a built-in cascading sequencer for up to eight boilers.
