Communications Service offers two modules for internal and staffing communications. The Rapid Notify Communications Desk's Internal Communications Center module enables customers to monitor real-time messages via email and SMS text from a central communications dashboard. The Staffing Communications Center module allows users to share and fill shift openings or requests for specified numbers of resources with individuals, groups or priority groups.
