The IP Pro IP-based Single Door Access Controller, with embedded software and expandable up to 32 doors, and low-power PoE Capable Locking Hardware are designed to bridge the gap between traditional locking hardware and IT networks. The system is intended to avoid the need for long cable runs and power supplies for every door; instead, installation and cost can be improved by tapping into the nearest Ethernet connection or eliminating controllers for powering access control devices.
