The 5800 Series ADAEZ PRO hinge comes standard with pre-programmed radio frequency push buttons to meet ADA requirements, and it consumes no power and requires no wiring. The operator’s regenerative power system charges an onboard battery pack that eliminates the need to run electrical wires to the unit. It features a shock-absorbing arm and dynamic braking, and it detects possible obstructions to ensure doors close safely. The operator also can f operate doors up to 48 inches wide and weighing up to 250 pounds and can withstand 1 million automatic cycles.
