The Light Duty Pivot series features models 173 and 176, which provide concrete anchors for an effective installation. Model 173 is ideal for offset applications, while Model 176 is designed for center-hung doors. There are no floor plates and no visible attachment to detract from the door opening. The top pivot acts as a guide for the swing of the door and maintains alignment, while the bottom pivot bears the weight of the door. The pivots keep doors from scraping the floor or damaging the frame, threshold, or bottom of the door.
