Door Pivot eliminates the angular tension that is common with hinges. The Light Duty Pivot Series includes Model 173 for offset applications and Model 176 for center-hung doors. The top pivot acts as a guide for the swing of the door and maintains alignment, while the bottom pivot bears the weight of the door. For interior doors up to 150 pounds, 3 feet wide, 8 feet high, and 1-3/4 inches thick.
