Technicans can install the Survivor cylindrical locksets in older, poorly maintained doors or in hollow, metal doors with insufficient lock reinforcement without making sensitive adjustments.

The locksets, which are self-adjusting within 1-5/8- to 1-7/8-inch door thickness, installs with two #10 through bolts. Models are available for doors up to 2-1/4 inches thick, and spacer kits for doors 1-3/8 thick. They are available with American and the more rounded Crescent style levers. Both feature the Clutch mechanism in ANSI Grades one and two and are available with either conventional or IC core cylinders.
