Detex Corporation is introducing extended warranty periods on all Detex products, effective immediately.
Limited warranties for the Detex ECL-230 and ECL-600 models (exit control locks) have increased from five years to ten years. The F90KR model (keyed removable mullions) limited warranty has increased from three years to ten years.
For Advantex and Value Series exit devices, the limited warranty period has been increased to ten years from date of purchase for mechanical defects and three years for electrical component defects. For all other Detex hardware products, limited warranties have been increased to three years from the purchase date.
