The Benchmark Automatic Operator has a Power Boost feature to securely close and latch the door in the last 10 degrees of closing. As a result, wind, HVAC and other forces will not prevent the door from latching.
Another feature is Push-N-Go, in which the door automatically opens when it is manually pushed beyond 3 degrees. Push-N-Go can be turned off if not desired.
The Benchmark’s control box includes clearly labeled adjustment pods, for easier set up and fine-tuning. The Benchmark is tested to 3 million cycles and is also UL listed for fire-rated door applications.
